ATAG set out to modernize its sales strategy with an intelligent, data-driven platform capable of automating communication workflows, identifying new financial opportunities, and providing real-time insights. To achieve this, we architected a fully serverless AWS-native AI business intelligence ecosystem that integrates sales data, market intelligence, and automation flows — all powered by Bedrock AI services. The platform enables ATAG’s sales teams to operate with enhanced precision, leveraging AI-assisted decision-making, automated outreach, and contextual document search for faster go-to-market execution.

Serverless Architecture Design


Developed a fully serverless data and automation layer using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and Step Functions. This approach eliminated infrastructure overhead while providing elasticity, scalability, and high availability.

Integrated AWS Bedrock models to automate personalized sales communications, classify leads, and generate strategic insights. AI-driven automations reduced manual effort and improved conversion accuracy.

Built a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solution by combining Amazon Kendra with Bedrock for intelligent document search and knowledge synthesis. Users can query internal documents and receive contextually relevant, AI-generated responses instantly.

Implemented real-time BI dashboards for sales teams, consolidating performance metrics, AI insights, and communication analytics into a single interactive view powered by AWS QuickSight.

Outcomes

We began by designing a scalable, event-driven architecture leveraging AWS serverless services for automation, analytics, and AI integration. Core components were built using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and DynamoDB, ensuring near-zero maintenance and elastic scalability. To enhance strategic sales capabilities, we integrated Bedrock AI models for intelligent message generation, entity recognition, and predictive insights. We also implemented a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system combining Amazon Kendra and Bedrock to enable contextual search across financial and operational documents. The platform’s analytics layer provides real-time visibility into outreach performance, lead prioritization, and market response — all within a secure, compliant AWS environment.
