Implementation of UWB and RFID Sensors
To ensure accurate traceability, we installed Ultra-Wideband (UWB) and RFID sensors at all workstations and transport systems. UWB sensors provide real-time location, while RFID sensors automatically record checkpoints, monitoring the entry and exit of each operation.
Cloud Platform for Data Collection and Orchestration
We developed a robust cloud platform capable of receiving and orchestrating all the information from the sensors. This centralized platform allows real-time data aggregation, offering a complete and detailed view of the entire production process.
Advanced Data Analysis for Optimization Strategies
Thanks to the large amount of data collected, we were able to develop strategies for different work channels. Data analysis allowed us to identify optimal paths and reduce production times, improving overall efficiency.
Bottleneck Monitoring and Prediction
